Tommaso Ramus

After nine years at the Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, since September 2022 Tommaso Ramus is Associate Professor at ESSEC Business School (France).

Tommaso Ramus holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Trento, a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Bergamo and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship from the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra, Spain .

Tommaso Ramus’ work focuses on how social enterprises and socially responsible enterprises integrate the creation of social and environmental value and the generation of wealth.

Tommaso has been collaborating with Cottino Social Impact Campus and Istud Business School since 2020, holding lectures on topics related to the role of business ethics and social responsibility. In particular, his lectures focus on the interconnections between ethical principles and strategic organizational decisions. The aim of the lectures is to accompany the participants in recognizing and managing ethical dilemmas in managerial and entrepreneurial contexts and in defining tools and leadership styles that can facilitate the integration of social impact into the organizational culture.
