Fourth learning journey devoted to the practical application of the impact culture to your own personal, organizational or entrepreneurial challenge. Systemic ethics, human-centered design, leadership and rhetoric, data ethics. Building systemic sustainability as a strategic vision in order to design your own value chain and mission in alignment with complex global challenges. The journey is based on a «lead by examples» model: every day includes a contribution from a domain expert followed by a theoretical systematization.
For those who have a high expertise in their sector and are interested in strengthening their own leadership in building positive social impact on a world-making vision level. For those who already have an ongoing challenge and want to reinforce their instruments, ideas, theories and strategies functional to the resolution of an individual or collective challenge.

Aims and methods
The aim of this journey is to offer participants a series of good practices and direct experiences of experts from different sectors, as well as coaching activities from top practitioners oriented to solving the impact challenge at stake. The teaching methods are manifold: group discussions, national and international case studies, coaching, mentoring and co-design of solutions.
