Description
This Impact AcademyI e-learn! Is structured in 3 online modules of 2 hours each:
- Module I: THE ART OF LEADING IN THE DIGITAL ERA.
The fundamentals of leadershipand how the context (including the current pandemic) are transforming the skills and tools needed by managers and entrepreneurs; - Module II: THE DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE.
How to govern the digital context, understand its pros and cons and work properly in digital and remote environments; - Module III: THE RETHORIC SEEN FROM A DIGITAL ANGLE.
Get to know the old rethorics in a contemporary context, in order to strengthen the ability to persuade, negotiate, motivate and manage conflicts.
Aims
This online program is an introduction to the Impact Academy on i-Leadership, specifically tailored upon the current moment of emergency. The three modules are intended as a primer of the tools of impact leadership, which will then deeply explored during the Impact Academy i-Leadership (dates to be confirmed on the fall semester of 2020).
For whom
Technology is already, and will be more and more, an increasingly powerful tool to develop leadership skills, if conceived as an opportunity instead of a threat. For all managers and entrepreneurs who want to manage organizations working in a hyper-digitalized and continuously changing context; for those who manage complex roles in a digital context; for those aiming at acquiring the necessary skills (not only technical) to drive the Web and not be driven by it.
