Tobias explores the intersection psychology and social sciences; he holds a PhD in behavioral economics from the University of Zurich. His research focusses on the interplay of social and strategic behavior with applications to market design, communication, and the human element in technology and artificial intelligence.
During his career, Tobias has won several research grants and has been invited as a visiting scholar and lecturer to University College London and Harvard University. He is currently a researcher at ETH Zurich.
Tobias has extensive experience in behavioral modeling, experimental design, and data analysis. He has been a speaker at many international conferences and was invited to be the speaker at several research seminars; he is also the author of scientific publications and acts as a reviewer for scientific journals. Courses taught by Tobias include economic analysis, strategic behavior, and organizational design from a behavioral perspective.
