As Experience Director at PwC Switzerland, he led Digital Transformation projects in Pharma, Healthcare and Financial Industries among others. As a User and Customer Experience Lead, his experience spans from developing Digital TV solutions to creating shared decision-support tools for cancer prevention.
He has been educated internationally in business management, design research and digital innovation, with a PhD on medical decision support from Goldsmiths, University of London.
