Emiliano Giovine

Lawyer who primarily deals with third sector organizations and social business. He has an international experience as UN consultant at UNEP and Legal officer at the Joint Research Centre of European Commission. He obtained a a master in management and rights of environment at Università Cà Foscari (Venice) and actually he is PhD Candidate in Public International Law at Utrecht University. He acquired experience and competence in the field of European projects, by taking care of the legal issues of numerous international partnerships in the are of FP7 and H2020 projects, actually he assists national and international nonprofit organizations, social enterprises and impact investors. He is involved in many different projects that deal with integration and assistance to asylum-seekers and refugees. He is tutor of the educational law program “Human Rights and Migration Law Clinic” au University of Turin and he works with Politecnico di Milano for courses on social business and social innovation.
